This self-applied technique combines gentle tapping on specific points of the body with focused awareness of your feelings, enabling you to release negative emotions, reduce stress, and rewire your response to life’s challenges.
In this engaging 3-part workshop series, Marie will introduce you to the basics of tapping and demonstrate how it can be used to manage stress, improve relationships, ease physical pain, and even promote better sleep. You’ll explore how to process emotions, break free from patterns that contribute to overwhelm, and cultivate clarity and peace in your daily life.
Between sessions, you’ll have the chance to practice what you’ve learned and come back with questions, helping you deepen your understanding and confidence in using tapping as a self-care tool. By the end of the series, you’ll feel empowered to manage your emotions and stress effectively, creating a pathway to lasting calm and emotional well-being.
