Can't make it Tuesday?
The workshop will be recorded and shared with everyone who donates!
Why should I join?
This technique works for any issue that’s bothering you.
For example:
Is there something keeping you up at night?
Are you dealing with uncomfortable emotions like worry, overwhelm, regret, anxiety, or anger?
Do you feel stuck in a particular area of your life?
Are you dealing with:
Low self-worth
A difficult family situation
Problems at work
Money worries
Physical pain
It’s also fun and something new to try…all while supporting a good cause!
How does it work?
Marie will guide you through a series of drawings and tapping so the subconscious can symbolically express what it needs for a resolution/healing to take place…all without having to share anything with her.
Drawing uses symbols and metaphors and helps us directly and safely access our subconscious - where all beliefs, memories, emotions, thoughts, and all those early assumptions we made about ourselves and the world are stored.
Tapping sends a calming signal to the brain so it no longer holds onto the issue as a threat. Now the brain rewires those connections, updating neuropathways - essentially changing our programming.
By drawing and tapping, we open ourselves up to new ideas, perspectives, solutions, and peace around the issue.
100% of the proceeds go to the Alzheimer’s Association. The Alzheimer’s Association® is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
Jess Tessman, the Development Manager for Central CT for the Alzheimer’s Association will join us for our workshop and offer a few words about the great work she and her team are doing.
