In this workshop, you will:

  • Identify your long-term dreams (I will guide you through an exercise to help you identify what you want.)

  • Identify and begin to clear the roadblocks that have been holding you back or keeping you stuck (I will take you through several rounds of picture tapping - don’t worry, I will show you exactly how to do this - it’s easy and fun!)

  • Tap into the wisdom of your future self (I’ll guide you through a powerful visualization.)

  • Create a 90-day plan that aligns with your dreams (You’ll leave the workshop knowing exactly what to do to move towards your dream life!)

During this workshop, I’ll guide you from feeling scattered and overwhelmed to laser-focused and confidently aligned with how to spend your time over the next 90 days—so you can make meaningful progress without the stress.

When I’m not clear on what I want, it’s hard to know where to focus my time and energy. It’s so easy to get caught up in being “busy.” But being busy doesn’t just leave me feeling stressed—it also keeps me stuck, spinning my wheels, and no closer to the life I truly want.

In this state, I feel overwhelmed and reactive, spending my time on things that seem important in the moment but ultimately aren’t. (Though I try to convince myself they are!)

Even when I am clear on what I want, my vision can sometimes feel distant and unattainable. That’s when I tend to distract myself with busyness, avoiding the discomfort of doubt, uncertainty, or feeling “not good enough.”

But I’ve discovered two powerful tools that help me break free from this cycle: tapping and tuning into my future self.

Tapping calms my harried state of stress, clears negative emotions, and shifts my internal dialogue.

Tuning into my future self allows me to connect with the version of me who is already living the life I dream of. She shows me what’s possible and helps me chart the path forward.

By combining these tools, I’ve been able to clarify my vision, release the beliefs that hold me back, and take focused, meaningful action.

Now, more often than not, I’m living in alignment with my values and purpose. It’s not perfect, but it’s intentional and fulfilling—and I want to help others experience the same transformation.

I’ve studied the work of renowned experts like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Kyle Cease, and Nick Breau, combined with actionable frameworks from The Twelve Week Year, to create a unique approach that’s both practical and transformative. Beyond professional credentials, my own experience of moving from chaos to clarity gives me a deep understanding of what it takes to create lasting change.
